Your item may ship one of two ways:
Standard Delivery
Most small parcel items ship through one of our standard small package carriers (Fedex or UPS). It usually takes 24-48 hours for the item to ship, and it can take 3-5 business days to arrive. For most small parcel items, you have several shipping options (Ground Delivery, 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day).
Freight Delivery
Larger items arrive via a large truck through one of our common freight carriers. It usually takes 2-3 business days for the item to ship, and it can take 5-7 business days to arrive. A representative of the freight company will call you within 24-48 hours of delivery to arrange a specific time to stop by.
Please inspect your package(s) throughly when it arrives. If you see any evidence of damage, you should not sign the shipping receipt and accept the shipment, or you may be responsible for the expense of replacing the damaged item (which could include the purchase of a new item and shipping costs).
Please note that all items ship only in the continguous U.S.A.
